Rights of the data subject
As part of our data processing, your personal data is processed by us. You have the rights from the Chapter 3 of GDPR towards our company.
We respect the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure or data portability of your personal data. You can claim these rights as follows:
Right of access

We maintain online presence within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with customers, prospects and users active there and to inform them about our services. Legal basis of processing
The legal basis of the data processing in the context of the EU data protection basic regulation for our data processing is Art. 6 DS-GVO. In detail, depending on the situation in which we process your data, different legal bases may arise.
Insofar as your consent has been obtained for the processing of personal data, Article 6 I a) of the GDPR is the legal basis for the processing of data. A given consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
